Customer Service Administrator - Alterations Team (Douglas)
Description:

We currently have a permanent position available with our client in their Customer Services Alterations Team for an administrator.

The role would suit a high performing person, with an understanding of general servicing on insurance/savings contracts. The main duties for the role holder include: Reviewing documentation submitted for alterations to contracts (this will include change of address, change of independent financial advisor and investment advisor) in line with internal and regulatory requirements. Liaising with customers and financial advisors by telephone and in writing.
