Web Moderator and Customer Service Team (Douglas)

Our client is a global technology company and due to continued expansion we are seeking two additional team members to join the dynamic customer service team.

The hours of the role will be 12pm to 8pm and you will provide support to our customers via email, telephone, live chat and our internal ticket system. You will also be responsible for monitoring and moderation a large amount of web content.

Previous experience is not essential as training will be given but customer services skills, IT ability and a good educational background are beneficial.
